Where I could fit in your team
AI Product Lead / Head of Product
A relevant conversation when the role needs someone to own discovery, product strategy, prioritisation and the roadmap, while staying involved through delivery, go-to-market and scale. I connect customer needs with business goals and technical decisions, and have led cross-functional teams of engineers and designers.
If your vacancy is titled Senior AI Product Manager, AI Product Lead or Head of Product, let’s compare the actual remit: discovery, product decisions, delivery and the team around them. The scope matters more than matching a title word for word.
Hands-on AI product delivery
My experience includes LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, workflow automation and enterprise knowledge systems. I have worked with GPT-4, Claude, Llama, LangChain and vector databases. For a hiring manager, the useful question is how that experience translates into a working product, a clearer process or a capability your team can maintain.
AI corporate trainer / team adoption
I also design and deliver practical corporate AI training. This is relevant when HR, learning and development, or a team lead wants people to understand the tools and use them in everyday work. The starting point is what participants actually need to do.
Four examples behind those descriptions
RobosizeME: product direction and implementation
Since May 2026, I have been Head of Product & Forward Deployed Engineer at RobosizeME, which automates hospitality workflows. I own company-wide product direction and build in-house AI products and integrations. A core part of the work is turning automations that need substantial deployment support into self-serve products customers can connect through the website.
Lexicon Labs: discovery through scale
As Co-Founder / AI Automation Agency Lead, I led seven engineers and designers from discovery to product-market fit. The work included document automation, enterprise knowledge systems and a personalised AI nutrition assistant that reached $280K in monthly recurring revenue within eight months. I owned the roadmap, prioritisation, delivery and scale-up.

Deloitte: research that supports a decision
As an external AI Technology Research Consultant, I evaluated emerging technologies, commercial applications, adoption risks and implementation opportunities. I translated technical findings into practical recommendations for business stakeholders. That experience is useful when a team needs to assess an AI opportunity before committing people and budget.
Coders Lab CZ & SK: making skills usable
As an AI Corporate Trainer, I designed and delivered hands-on training that helped teams adopt AI tools, automate workflows and apply new capabilities in their daily operations. Teaching is part of my professional experience, alongside building and leading products.
Typical mandates worth discussing
- Give a product direction. Understand customers, compare opportunities and turn competing requests into a prioritised roadmap.
- Turn an AI idea into a product. Define the problem, shape a workable scope and bring business and engineering together around delivery.
- Improve an existing workflow. Examine repetitive tasks, fragmented knowledge or manual customer setup, then identify a sensible place to start.
- Bring people along with a change. Explain the purpose, involve the people doing the work and build practical training around their needs.
These are starting points for a conversation. The right scope depends on the team, the product stage and what needs to change.
There is a business side to the technical work
My background includes founding a digital agency that delivered 26 web, mobile, design and research projects across Europe, and building two startup products through successful exits. I have worked on technology direction, business continuity and board-level advice at My Heirloom, and evaluated startups as a Venture Partner at Initio Capital. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Finance and Administration, Prague.
That range matters because a product decision rarely stays inside one department. It affects delivery, customers, resources and the people expected to make it work. I like understanding those connections before suggesting the next move.
Location, languages and a useful first conversation
I’m based in Olomouc, Czechia, with professional experience across European and U.S. markets. I’m open to conversations with teams worldwide. I work in English at full professional proficiency and in Czech and Russian at native or bilingual proficiency. My Spanish is elementary.
For an introduction, send the role or project, the product stage, the problem the team needs to solve and who owns the decision. It helps to know what success would look like and where the current approach gets stuck. We can discuss responsibilities, working arrangements, location needs, scope and timing directly.
The title is a useful starting point. The work behind it is what I want to understand. No 80-slide introduction required.
